At Generation Strange, we strive to provide you with otherworldly discoveries. We acknowledge, however, that not all artifacts may meet your interstellar expectations. Hence, we offer a flexible return policy tailored for your convenience:

1. Eligibility for Returns

a. Unopened Items: Intact, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Be sure the packaging is in the same condition as when received.

b. Opened Items: Unfortunately, once an artifact has been unsealed, we can't accept returns. Similarly, clothing, apparel, and accessories that have been worn cannot be returned.

c. Trading Card Boxes & Cases: These sales are typically final due to their volatile nature. However, same-day return requests may be accepted, provided the seal and condition remain factory-intact.

2. Manufacturer Errors and Damaged Cards

Should you encounter manufacturer errors or damage in unopened cartons, we will guide you in contacting the appropriate entity for resolution.

3. Damaged and Defective Items

Defective items or those damaged during transit can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. In case the item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund.

If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund.

We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part would be helpful.

The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:

  • Minor cosmetic paint issues

4. Return Authorization & Instructions

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at support@generationstrange.com or call us at 321-613-3177 for authorization. Our 'Self-Serve Return' feature is also available for you to navigate through the process independently here.

5. Return Shipping

In case of our error or a damaged/defective product, we cover return shipping fees if completed through a Generation Strange return option. For returns due to other reasons, you'll bear the return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

After we receive and process your returned product, refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as store credit if original payment is not feasible.

7. Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

Refused shipments are treated as returns, and any return costs will be deducted from the refund. If a shipment is undeliverable due to customer error, we will contact you to reship the package, with any associated costs borne by you.

8. Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply in specific circumstances, such as:

  • Returned shipment contains missing, damaged, or opened items
  • Merchandise inspected by Customs
  • The return was received after the 30 day return window
